Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, for orders outside of Jakarta

Express Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days, for orders inside of Jakarta

Same-Day Delivery with Clinician Setup (Jakarta Only)This premium service includes delivery and a home setup of your CPAP machine by a qualified clinician.
Orders must be placed before 12:00 NN for same-day delivery.
Additional cost: Rp 700,000.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). For same-day delivery with clinician setup, orders must be placed before the specified cutoff time .Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS for real-time order updates.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, chosen shipping method, and package weight. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. This will be conducted via standard shipping couriers available within the area (such as Grab, Gojek, etc.)

Address Accuracy
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries and Reattempts
In the event of a failed delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery up to [Insert Number of Attempts] times. After this, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.

Signature on Delivery
Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package reaches the intended recipient.

Same-Day Delivery with Clinician Setup
This service is exclusively available within Jakarta. A qualified clinician will deliver and set up your CPAP machine at your home. The additional cost for this service is Rp 700,000.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package for swift resolution.
